This course assumes you already know how to coach. If you don’t, there are thousands of programs out there to teach you the basics - start there first.
What we focus on here is different: taking coaching conversations deeper. Specifically, helping your clients see parts of themselves they’ve been missing - the pieces that complete the puzzle before they decide what to do next.
Blind spots are parts of our reality we don’t even know that we don’t know. Let that sink in. Yet, without integrating at least a small piece of our blind spots, real transformation stays out of reach. Your clients keep circling the same patterns, wondering why nothing truly shifts.
This course gives you hands-on techniques to guide clients toward what’s hardest for them to see. Not through confrontation, but through skillful navigation of those moments when they hit their own invisible walls.
If coaching is new to you, you’ll find this interesting, maybe even inspiring, but please get proper coach training first. This course is for coaches ready to work at a deeper level.
