This 4-day retreat creates a space for leaders who are navigating complex challenges that can’t be solved with existing playbooks. 

You’ll increase your inner capacity to lead through uncertainty while discovering what’s truly required of you as a leader right now. 

This is Your Space to Adapt with a powerful group of diverse leaders from around the world to get a grip on our adaptive challenge while learning the principles of adaptive leadership.

The journey

I. Preparation

Two  individual sessions to understand the core patterns underlying your adaptive challenge 

After the second session, you’ll receive an ancient story, which can be a legend, a myth, or a fairytale, one that carries a similar dynamic tension that resembles the one you’re dealing with.

You’ll be requested to read this story and write down your reflections prior to coming to the retreat.

II. The Retreat

A 4-day immersion, both externally and internall,y including:

  • learning the key principles of adaptive leadership

  • becoming friends with not knowing the answer to your challenge 

  • learning to listen to other leaders’ challenges without offering advice 

  • your leadership role analysis 

  • diving into your blind spots through the wisdom of the ancient stories

  • understanding some of your unconscious patterns that create conflicts with your stakeholders 

  • solo time to practice graceful encounter with what’s emerging 

  • reframing your leadership task

  • develop the skill and courage to name elephants when dealing with adaptive challenges

  • designing the priorities for the next 4 weeks

  • setting up your support system

III. A month long weekly support

Four 15-minute check-ins weekly to maintain momentum and address emerging insights.
